These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts or regulatory authorities of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
